The reason: the two shows have completely different tones. Re:Zero is a suspenseful psychological drama built on repeated death and suffering; Overlord is a dark-fantasy power fantasy about an overwhelmingly strong protagonist looking down on everyone else. They share one line of premise — "sent to another world" — but differ in mood and narrative structure. The model reads that texture, not the tag.

4. Strategy
Step 1. If you suspect isekai, don't just guess any isekai title — split by tone first: suffering/suspense (Re:Zero), overpowered dark-fantasy (Overlord), or comedy (KonoSuba).
Step 2. Whichever direction scores 0.7+, that's the right tone. Narrow down with other titles sharing that tone, or other seasons/spin-offs of the same show.
Step 3. Once you're down to 1-2 candidates, try several character names — not just the protagonist. Supporting cast can confirm the answer just as fast, sometimes faster.
